Our Areas
 of Expertise

SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY INSURANCE

Disability means that you are unable to do any kind of work for which you are suited, and your disability is expected to last (or has lasted) for at least a year or to result in death. You must have also worked recently to have enough work credits.

SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME

Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is a benefit program for people who are elderly, blind or disabled. SSI benefits provide financial assistance to cover basic needs to those who have little or no income and very few assets. If you are not eligible for Social Security Disability, you may be eligible for SSI benefits
